When the subject of moving to a new house happens, packing boxes isn’t usually a favourite aspect of relocating. It can seem like a never-ending chore that soon begins tedious before we consider cutting corners to get it done. However, it’s better to avoid the temptation to bag and box in a rush. You should take your time and complete an inventory as you go, enlisting some family members to lighten the workload a bit.
This is our first piece of advice – don’t rush when packing your things up before you relocate. It’s likely to cause breakages and damage, which is preventable if you do things thoroughly. Additionally, by taking the time to inventory and put notes on each box as you pack, it will make things much easier when you unload. And for people who are really in the know – you can always get the WH Cox team to do the packing for you.
